02How does it stay secure?

Your data is processed and stored on dedicated infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or your private cloud) with isolated deployment per organization. SSO and RBAC controls limit access, and AES-256 encryption protects data at rest and in transit.

03Will it hallucinate or make things up?

No. The system is grounded — it answers only from your approved content and cites the source document for every response. If the answer is not in your knowledge base, it says so rather than guessing.
