Three things we build well.
Web applications, internal AI knowledge systems, and customer-facing AI interfaces — all production-grade, all on your infrastructure.
A systematic approach to building reliable AI.
- Step 01
Feasibility assessment
We evaluate whether your data and use case are compatible with our system. We review the data you provide for structure, consistency, and suitability — making sure the system will perform as expected before any development begins. - Step 02
Validation pilot (MVP)
We deploy a scoped validation system using a limited subset of your data. This pilot reflects the final architecture and is designed to scale. A functional interface lets you interact with it hands-on before committing further. - Step 03
Full development & deployment
We build and deploy the complete production system. Ingestion expands to all approved data sources, configuration is finalized, and we deploy in a secure, organization-specific environment. Comprehensive QA and third-party review included. - Step 04
Delivery & ongoing support
We deliver only after the system meets agreed quality and performance expectations. Ongoing support is available through a monthly retainer covering maintenance, accuracy monitoring, and the addition of new data.
Questions before we start.
What prospective clients ask most often during the feasibility stage.
01What kinds of projects do you take on?
Three types: web development (marketing sites, web applications, AI-integrated platforms), internal AI knowledge systems for employees, and customer-facing AI interfaces embedded in your website.
02What does your engagement process look like?
Four stages: feasibility assessment, scoped validation pilot, full development and deployment, then delivery with optional ongoing support. We confirm the system meets agreed quality before final handoff.
03How long does a typical project take?
Marketing sites typically ship in three to six weeks. AI knowledge systems and custom web applications take six to sixteen weeks depending on data complexity, integrations, and security review requirements.
04Do I own the code and data?
Yes. You own the source code and the deployment. Your data stays on your infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or your private cloud). There is no vendor lock-in and no proprietary platform you have to keep paying for.
05Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. A monthly retainer covers maintenance, accuracy monitoring, and adding new data sources. The retainer is optional — you can also take full ownership and run the system yourself.
