Feasibility Assessment

We begin by evaluating whether your data and proposed use case are compatible with our AI knowledge system. We review the data sources you provide to assess structure, consistency, and suitability for retrieval-based AI. We ensuring your data is usable and our system will perform as expected before any development begins.

Validation Pilot (MVP)

Once feasibility is confirmed, we deploy a scoped validation system using a limited subset of your data. This pilot reflects the final system architecture and is designed to scale. A functional interface is provided so you can interact with the system hands-on and understand how it will work in practice.

Full Development & Deployment

After successful validation, we build and deploy the complete production system. We expand ingestion to all approved data sources, finalize system configuration, and deploy the system in a secure, organization-specific environment. We conduct comprehensive QA including internal testing and third-party review.

Delivery & Ongoing Support
