How we handle your information.

Information you give us.
When you submit the consultation form, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, company name (if any), profession, industry, project goals, design preferences, budget range, timeline, and any additional information you choose to share.
We don't collect this information passively. We only have what you type into the form and choose to send.
Two destinations, both ours.
Your submission is delivered as an email to hello@seattleaidevelopers.com via Resend, our transactional email provider. A copy is also written to a private Google Sheet that we use to track inquiries internally.
A confirmation email is sent back to the address you provided so you know we received it.
We respond. That's it.
Your information is used to respond to your inquiry and follow up on your project. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for marketing beyond direct communication about the project you contacted us about.
We don't add you to any newsletter or mailing list without explicit opt-in.

This site does not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising. The only network requests your browser makes are for our own assets and (if you submit the form) the API endpoint that handles the submission.
Ask us to delete anything.
Email hello@seattleaidevelopers.com and ask us to delete your submission. We'll confirm and remove it from both the email record and the Google Sheet within a reasonable time.
You can also request a copy of what we have, or ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
